Appealing customer care and service delivery.

I had the worst experience with Netflorist. My fiance placed an order at 09:00 for same day at delivery at the office for my birthday. After checking with me multiple times if I got my delivery, the driver had apparently delivered 9 parcels already in the area and mine was number 10. It took the driver almost 4 hours to arrive at the office. It was was 5pm when I got a call for a delivery, I knock off at 4 and there had been no communication from the driver for hours despite multiple phone calls to the call centre. They suggested that they rather deliver my parcel the next day. What's the point? My birthday has passed anyway. Poor service delivery and customer care on Netflorist's side.
