Appauling service from Thato Mosedi

An order was placed on the 223rd March and online it showed that it would be delivered the following day, it's now the 26th and still no delivery. I called on the 25th and spoke to Nico or Nyiko not sure of the name exactly she was quite nice and promised to call me within 15 minutes but she didn't. I had to call again on the 26th March and I spoke to a very arrogant and rude THATO MOSEDI. This lady was very condescending and rude, She couldn't tell me when she will get back to me or how she will assist with my query at the end of the call I still didn't know if she was going to do anything for me. When I asked when she will call me with feedback, she clearly said \ I don't know". I work in a the call centre environment so this to me was very shocking. There was no willingness to assist instead she sounded like she was doing me a favour by speaking to me. I am shocked. The order was placed through Vitality"
