Appalling service - there are many other gift services out there - don't use this one

I ordered a birthday present ( ********** 53) to be delivered to my daughter. When Netflorist failed to deliver the present, the call center (Jerome and Aldegeraux) were both unhelpful and obstructive completely failing to resolve the problem. The supervisor Daliso whom I was assured would call me in "two minutes" did not call. The chat line was equally unhelpful. My order remains undelivered and I still wait to speak to someone who can sort out the problem.
