Appalling service ruined my anniversary!

On the 15th April I ordered flowers and other items from Netflorist to be specifically delivered on my wedding anniversary, the 18th April. The website was quite specific about what could not be ordered for the Polokwane area. I specifically chose Netflorist for this occasion as many other businesses did not offer Saturday delivery. My wife and I are currently living apart and this was meant to be a surprise for her.<br> I received a voice message on the day of my anniversary from a woman telling me that the florist cannot deliver! If this was indeed the case, Netflorist had sufficient time prior to my anniversary to inform me of this change so that alternate arrangements could be made! You have now destroyed my anniversary as I did not call my wife expecting the delivery to have been made! Anyone that has ever been married knows the anger of a woman who thinks her husband forgot their wedding anniversary! Do not advertise a product and do not make promises that you cannot deliver on. <br> I expect a response from Netflorist, explaining their lack of professionalism and efficiency in this regard.<br> <br>
