Appalling Service from Netflorist!!!!

I have recieved the most disappointing service from Netflorist!

I had an order date of 15 May 2021 and I recieved no delivery! Only upon my call to query when delivery will take place so I can avail myself, was I told that delivery will take place Monday !

This is absolutely ridiculous, there is a reason why I chose a gift with today's date and only upon me querying am I told when delivery will take place . Had I not enquired, I would've waited for delivery all day .

This is the LAST time I purchase from Netflorist. The agent whom I called was even so rude to hang up on me while I was requesting a cancellation.

Please CANCEL my order AND REFUND ME!!!
