Appalling service delivery

The most pathetic service delivery and *********** call centre agents. Zero contact with the recipient when out of reach, rather sends an email, how do you send an email for an emergency?, whats the purpose of the cellphone number on enlists? The call centre agents lie to you when you call in and tell you your order will arrive the next day when they know very well they put in a different delivery date on the system. I am beyond upset.
