Appalling service

So Disappointed with the lack of service from Net florist , I placed an order on the 5th of January 2022 , to date is has not been delivered , i expected better experience from a company of your caliber, unfortunately that was not the case.

On 6th of Jan 2022 I spoke to Keanu at Net florist he promised to resolve this matter and he never lived up to his promise this is not acceptable under any circumstances. once you make a commitment you should honor it and follow through on your word. .
