Appalling Service and such a useless company
<p>My sister ordered flowers from Netflorist and what a nightmare. </p> <p>After receiving an email advising that the recipient wasn't at the address, I contacted them immediately to rearrange and have the flowers delivered to a home address. </p> <p>Lorenzo promised that the flowers would be delivered today. Well, I phoned them countless times to find out when they would be delivered and every person who answered promised they would be delivered on the day. The last time I called, the woman informed me that the flowers werent delivered because the recipent wasnt at the address and when i informed her that I had rearranged, she put me on hold and NEVER CAME BACK! </p> <p>I am absolutely shocked by Netflorist and I will never use them again! They don't even deserve the 1 star rating. </p>
