Appalling service and bouquet!!!

I ordered a colourful country bouquet for my mother's birthday. I was very disappointed to see that the bouquet I ordered was very different in comparison to what I ordered and paid for. The bouquet did not have any peach or lilac roses, hypericum, heather and statice. Furthermore it was wrapped in a transparent plastic sheet and not the non-woven sheet advertised. Netflorist delivered a cheap looking bouquet and wanted to collect the bouquet after it was delivered because the florist they used didn't have the bouquet I order. They promised to send complimentary chocolates the same day but these were only delivered 3 days after I followed up. Absolutely appalling service and product!!!
