Appalling Service

I am utterlly disappointed at the service I am getting from Netflorist. I ordered the Happy Birthday Succulent Hamper, which comes with a succulent plant wrapped in blue tissue paper with balloon and 12 piece happy birthday chocolate tray. To my dismay the recipient only received a plant in a small cardboard box holder that is very poorly done...a GR1 would do a better crafting job!!!

Not remotely close to anything I ordered. I want me money back NOW. Netflorists have completely inconvenienced me. You can come take this stupid plant and give me back my money. I spoke to Nazeer who questioned me as if I am being dishonest and was very rude on his initial call.

Candice Bopape and Nazeer. NETFLORIST refund me my money now so that I can go buy this birthday gift elsewhere. You have spoilt a birthday for someone and want to tell me about 3 working day. I want my money now!!!
