Appalling service....

I am disgusted in the service I have received from netflorist, firstly the order was not delivered then when I am supposed to be refunded there is a waiting period of 7 days, still after the 7 days I have not been refunded then I am told to wait for another 7 days as my matter was not escalated. Really what ******* is this.....
