Appalling Service

A business delivery was to be done by 3pm yesterday but only arrived after 5pm when no one was on site.<br> I then contact the call centre who put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then respond that they cannot confirm delivery will take place today.<br> I definitely will not be using NetFlorist again!!!
