APPALLING QUALITY OF GOODS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely dissapointed in the quality of good that was delivered to me during Valentine's week. My boyfriend had made an multiple orders and requested that they be delivered. There were items missing from the order and the mug that had been personalized mug had been cracked upon delivery. This was something that was supposed to be cherished and hold a sentimental value. Tried contacted them numerous times on multiple occasions to no avail. Proof of order and pictures of the cracked mug had been sent but have since received no response from them regarding the issues. Also found s**** pieces of paper in my ordered box with random names written by the employees. Really makes you feel like the order had just been taken for granted. I expected them to take extra precaution most especially given the pandemic and hygiene protocols that follow. You would expect them to go above and beyond to make special occasions feel even more special but this was certainly not the case. Incredibly appalled at their level of customer care and service.
