Appalling Netflorist Service

I am disgusted by the lack of service I have received from Netflorist. I placed an order on the 27th of October 2020, for delivery on the 29th of October as I was planning on gifting it to someone on the day. Upon seeing that there is no delivery by 2pm on the 29th, I contacted Netflorist to track the order (***) and was told it was out for delivery and would be delivered on the day and to just await a call from the delivery person as they could not confirm the time on which it would be delivered. Needless to say, the delivery never came, and there was not even comms made to give me a heads up about this not getting delivered on the day it was requested to be delivered on.
