Appalling customer service, and false advertising

I have never had such terrible service in my life as I have had from netflorist… I was not happy with an order I placed with you a year ago and this year I was sent a “let’s make it up to you” email.. with the email saying they were so confident about their products that if I wasn’t happy with the quality or process, they would pay for my order. (“No catch!” says the email)

After delivering my order to the wrong house, and saying I signed for it, needless to say, the quality was sub par, but when I sent pics of the problems, I was told that I would only be refunded 50%.

The agent I was speaking to said that is company policy, and refused to put me in touch with a manager.

Then, someone arrives at my house and tells the person I ordered them for all about what I ordered, when they knew it was a birthday gift and totally ruined my “I forgot your birthday” ruse.

There are SCORES of complaints against them, and I’m not surprised. I will never, EVER use you again. Your customer service is appalling.
