Appalling client service!

<p>This must be the worst company to deal with when it comes to client relations! I ordered items this morning and paid for them online. I also made a special request to have them delivered before 13h00 today leaving room for any delays. I even confirmed the arrangement before paying this morning. I called Net florist throughout the day and suddenly NO one can give me an estimated time of arrival? The call center agents are rude and of no assistance. This all after taking my money. Cancel my order refund me and ill do it myself! So much for convenience. Appalling service.</p> <p> </p>
