Appalling and unreliable service. DO NOT USE

I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from NetFlorist they are highly unreliable and their service is appalling.

I first placed an order that included a balloon for someone's birthday and there was no balloon, I had to call them myself to report the matter and that is only then that they told me it was out of stock and would refund me.

Second time I placed an order for someone's birthday, I received an SMS in the morning informing me that the delivery is on its way and when I emailed to confirm the time of delivery I was told it would be delivered the next day and there is nothing they can do about it. Imagine placing an order on time and then be told it will be delivered a day late and that time it it too late to find an alternative gift.
