Appalling

<p>After nearly one week I am still waiting for an order to be delivered. The surprise has been ruined and Netflorist have responded with very rude and unprofessional emails. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE . An absolute disgrace and I would not want anyone to experience the treatment I have had and the disappointment of not being able to give the intended surprise.</p>
