Appalled by service quality at Netflorist

In the 1st of November, I Ordered a bunch of Protea Flowers with some chocolate for my anniversary. NetFlorist thought to themselves, “Proteas for what??” and delivered a single Orchid in a pot…. With no card 🤦🏾♂️. At the last minute of the day, when the order was placed in the morning. Anniversaries don’t happen weekly. They have F*#% my plans so badly now I need to await next year to make amends.

I sent an email to *** and received no response whatsoever. Used up my time, and money to call them only them did they acknowledge the mistake and promised to rectify on the 2nd November 2023.

The 2nd of November came and passed, my partner only to receive a call long after she had knocked off, that her delivery was nearing. Today is the 3rd of November 2023. No communication whatsoever from NetFlorist, delivery hasn’t gone through yet.

I’m utterly disgusted by the quality of service I have received from NetFlorist. And will not be ordering through them again.
