Appalled and Disgusted

The service and advertising is appalling. I ordered lilies online for someone specials birthday and it looked like grass in brown paper, they had the nerve to ask me to put them in the sun until they opened as if I am a florist or have time to wait till after the birthday. The picture they advertised on their website is nowhere near what I ordered. I have bought them before and the lilies were open. Why would I buy closed Lillies for a birthday 😡😠🤬😤
