APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE - FAILED DELIVERY

I am utterly disgusted by the service at Netflorist. If I could, I would rate you a zero but there is no option for it. My first time using your service and lesson learnt I'll never use it again. I don't ever post negative reviews but this time I'm extremely annoyed😞. Ordered a "suprize gift" for Friday delivery (24th Feb) ETA 10am. I left a note to state the time I leave office to ensure that the parcel is delivered on time. Only to be contacted at 4pm for the delivery. I explained to the delivery guy that I leave office much earlier than 4pm and said would take it back to the office for them to prioritize it on Monday. I sent an email to *** ask if I cannot collect it rather than the delivery no response until this moment.

Monday came, haven't heard from them until I called around 11 when I spoke with Lerato who promised that a delivery will be done before 1pm, I left office around 2pm and there was no sign of delivery. Past 4, a call from their delivery guys asking where to leave the parcel as the office was closed and the 2nd person with this driver was screaming at every question I posed and I ended up dropping the call as I could no longer continue with the level of unprofessionalism displayed by these 2.

Got a call immediately after this from Simphiwe to reschedule, and this got me irritated as I had to repeat myself and I wasn't polite with her at all. I insisted on rather collecting the parcel as it's no longer a suprize gift for the person intended. I got the address to collect from but this is also an issue as they cannot confirm if I will be allowed to collect. The Cancelation option got me fed up even more as Simphiwe told me it would take about 3 days 😞. I'm waiting to hear from them if I can collect my parcel that I paid delivery for and to be honest you can keep the delivery fee just give me the gift that I paid for.

My advice, stick to the stores, Netflorist don't really understand that the online market requires a certain level of trust and service.
