Another ****ter.

Extremely disgusted with the dismissal level of service ( calling it a service would be an injustice to service providers across the World.) I ordered a gift - to be delivered today, decided to call and change my recipients address - spoke to three agents, all of which confirmed delivery to the new address. My order took about 8 hours to be delivered, best news, delivered to the incorrect address. Not sure if Netflorist suffers from amnesia, incompetence or just plain down stupidity. Long story short, I eventually had to request an uber, from my own pocket to ensure the recipient receives the gift on time. Can I really call it a gift? No. It's rather a curse. Receiving such substandard quality of treatment from a supposedly well established company. I've only used Netflorist this once. 110% certain it will be the last. Moreover, I will never refer a soul to them. You have better luck of picking flowers from your own garden- and walking on thumbs delivering it. POOR. DISGUSTING. FILTH.
