Another spoilt Netflorist occasion

As I'm based in the US, I tried to find a reputable service to send a get well soon basket to a family member in hospital. I opted for a variety basket of snacks, including chips, chocolates, biltong, nuts and nougat and even upgraded to a bigger size basket which totaled to over R800. Upon receiving the basket the family member sent me a picture, which to my surprise, included a teddy bear(not requested) with only two boxes of chocolates and some nougat. No chips, no biltong, no nuts, no fruit, no biscotti and certainly not work R800. I'm now left trying to resolve this from the US. After sending emails and talking to a call center agent offering no resolution other than that she would look into it, I have no hope that this will get resolved.
