ANOTHER EPIC FAIL FROM NETFLORIST

NetFlorist *****ed up EPICALLY ONCE AGAIN when they failed to deliver a sympathy bunch of flowers to my friend whose father passed. Days later when I eventually asked if they had been delivered as I had received the “out for delivery “ notification but not the Delivered one they sent an email flippantly saying I must check the T’s and C’s! They have NO regard for peoples feelings at a time of grief and as usual their service SUCKS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY either!!
