annoyed

i just bought something on Netflorist and immediately realized i made a mistake i left a word out then i reach out to then and they telling me they cant change it and will have to cancel the order and place it again cause its in production and i will charged 50% cancelation fee. what nonsense is that what production cause i literally checked out. and how hard can it be to just fix wording. thats insane. i even said okay just take out the wording completely and thats still an issue what mickey mouse business is this i just checked out how can they say its in production
