Annoyed and disappointed client

Poor communication, order was done on the 28th for the same day delivery to the business address,was never delivered then today the 29th had to go after them and I was told they can arrange for the 30th to the home address instead then I receive an email that order was delivered at 20:36 and signed by the recipient how come when the business address given is closed at night. Ended up ruining the surprise to call the recipient and she told me she never received anything. My first time experience was bad not using your services again
