Annivesary Ruined

I am not happy with Netflorist it was Our Anniversary on the 14Dec 2020 I placed an order on the 13th Dec 2020 to be delivered by the 14th at my husband's work place, instead netflorist called him 18:30 asking if he is still at work so that they can deliver like seriously! He asked if they can deliver at work they said they DONT delivery around Soshanguve, AND if you can check my last order was delivered in Soshanguve.

In short the Surprise was ruined and he didnt get his gift and i thought you said its same day delivery

18:51 i receive an email that my that my order will be rescheduled without giving a reason or a call to inform me

I am so dissapointed in Netflorist and worse on our Anniversary
