Anniversary gone wrong

Absolutely disappointing service. On website same delivery promised. Order placed before 9am on Monday 10 November 2025 for anniversary. First unprofessional experience was online chat from website. Given time to find information of where order was then in return not given anytime to give option of alternative address which was also provided as an option, also never advised of parcel being delayed until I made contact @ 16:34 with them. Then called as requested to continue conversation by a rude and unprofessional agent. Who said parcel could still have been delivered within half an hour of closing 5pm but due to receiver not replying in time which also requested a change of location due to time and then had no alternative but for the next day. Consultant stated address could not change as parcel was from Midrand and courier would not assist in taking and change address so late, delivery can only be done tomorrow. Only to be told that parcel is still not ready. Delivery would be done next day and made a priority. Following morning let take its course as it was passed anniversary already, by 1pm parcel still not delivered on 11th November and called I. Again only to be told Parcel on route and still made a priority this being the day before stated that delivery and warehouse in Midrand so delivery could of been done within the half an hour of 16:30-17h00. Parcel eventually arrived around 15:30 and roses were withered and drooping already as well as half the gift missing no card and necklace purchased not delivered. Gift looked cheap and of very poor quality. This is unacceptable.
