Anniversary Gifts

I ordered a gift for my partner for our 3rd wedding anniversary on the 1st of March from NetFlorist. Firstly the gift was delivered a day after our anniversary and secondly they delivered 2 cards instead of a card and balloon. Thirdly the there was a typo on both the cards, which had the exact same message.<br> I sent them an email explaining what had happened and how they had ruined my anniversary. They emailed me back apologising for the late delivery, but once I told them about all the other things that weren't correct all of a sudden I don't hear anything from them. This is the last time I'm using their services. A wedding anniversary is the last thing you want to be messed up like this, especially when your spouse made it so special for you.<br> I'm so disappointed with them, but I'm especially disappointed that my frustration & anger means absolutely nothing to them.
