*********** and poor service

Very disappointed, made an order for same day delivery for birthday. I called but the call centre was closed before 4 pm WhatsApp line was not helping much. *********** not even an apology. Their website is also problematic I could not use my WiCode and not much could be done. You need to better your service and deliver as per the order
