Absolutely terrible experience with NetFlorist. We placed an order, the payment was taken immediately, and then… nothing. No delivery, no notification, no communication whatsoever to let us know there was an issue.

It’s completely unacceptable that a company can be so quick to take your money but fail to deliver on their service or even have the basic courtesy to inform customers when something goes wrong.

This was meant to be a special occasion, and the lack of professionalism and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend using NetFlorist based on this experience.
