An embarrassing experience

I wanted to send a special bouquet to friends who had a private wedding ceremony at their home on Saturday 10th January, they were supposed to match their theme. A small insignificant bunch of flowers in a tiny glass vase was delivered - for R1,000!!! The wedding couple had massive bouquets bought from Woolworths at a quarter of the price. I feel incredibly embarrassed and completely let down. I will never use their services again and do NOT recommend their services.
