An awful company who does not fulfill its promises

An order was placed on 9 February 2019 for delivery on 14 February at a business park. I contacted the call Centre for further details on 14 February with no assistance given from them. The site promised delivery on a date (irrespective of time), there has been no delivery 2 days later. I again called on 15 February and was out on hold for 20 minutes while the agent tried to get in touch with the driver then the call was cut. This is shocking service and the feedback from all in the company is awful.
