Amazing service - NetFlorist

So I ordered a gift for my gran who is hospital and wanted it delivered the same day, with NetFlorist. I even gave an incomplete address because I was in a rush to get back to my work. Long story short the gift was within 2 hours of me ordering it and the NetFlorist team called to confirm the address, because they could see my address was incomplete.

My gran got her package and was very happy.
