Amazing, Efficient and Professional service (order number ***)

From the time I placed my order, I got quite frustrated because when it got to the payment page on their website, it said that "Harold" broke their website and I couldn't go ahead with making my payment via EFT. I then decided to call them and spoke to a lovely Kamilah. With her being extremely apologetic, her voice alone made me forget about "Harold" even though I was swearing at "Harold" before I called. Her voice sounded sincere and that made me go ahead with my order even though I almost gave up. We didn't get to complete the order telephonically because of a broken telephone situation we experienced but I received a email to confirm that my order has been received and I could then make payment. I called the next day to confirm they received payment and Joshua confirmed that he received my payment. I asked what time my wife can expect her birthday gift and unfortunately he could not confirm that. I think it was about 2 hours later, here I am getting a call from my happy overjoyed wife showing her appreciation for her birthday gift she did not expect.

This is just me giving Netflorist the recognition they deserve after this being my only second time making use of their service. My queries was handled in the most professional customer service oriented manner I have ever come across, so big up to the girl that assisted me and understood my query. (I don't remember her name but she sounded slightly "Indian" and she said she is at the JHB branch.

So again, thank you for your efficient and professional service and for the amazing products your company offer for people like me that does not have time to go to the shops and a avit online shopper.
