Amateur company, cannot be trusted with things that matter

I called NetFlorist 4 times on Friday to check the status of my delivery hoping that they will not mess it up, and they messed it up very well. An item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday was delivered on Saturday, but that's not the end of it, they did not deliver it to the correct person at all. The flowers were in a terrible shape and the card was in an opened envelope.
