Always there when you call, BUT NEVER EVER ON TIME!!!!!!

If i could give a negative rating i would. If you want to disappoint your loved ones, then you should use this pathetic service. I have been disappointed more than once with netflorist and delivery times. i choose a gift i dont really want so that it can be delivered to the recipient on the specific day and i use their tool to see if it will make the delivery for that day and choose a gift that will arrive on the day. Low and behold, they show delivered on the system only to call me at 17h30 to ask if they can still deliver the package to a business address. so they change the system status thinking you are package is delivered and everything is going according to schedule, meanwhile, the next day, your order is being packed all over again, only to be delivered late or not at all again. please dont use these ******!!!!!!
