I arranged for a personalized birthday cake delivery through Netflorist for my hubby's birthday. When placing my order and sharing his details I made a mistake which could have impacted the timeous delivery of his birthday cake. When Netflorist promptly sent me an email to confirm my original order I simply was able to reply to their email and share my mistake which they rectified immediately and made me aware that they had corrected my mistake. I did not need to contact a support centre or do anything else complicated in order to request their assistance. They made it easy and simple. In fact, I found the entire process easy and a pleasure in dealing with them online. I also noticed that one of the items that I ordered to accompany my hubby's birthday cake was obviously not in stock, so they substituted it with an accessory that was three times the cost and delivered even more value. Very appreciative of that gesture. I must say I have yet to have a negative experience with Netflorist though, every time I have used their services they have always delivered on their promises, and I have used them a total of 5 times now. Thank-you Netflorist !! Your timely deliveries and amazing customer service is sincerely appreciated. Oh, and Thank-you for your amazing variety of gift ideas!
