@netflorist is not reliable!

…and that’s not even the worst. After they fail to deliver your item as promised, not only will they not bother to call you - they will instead offer you a “refund and sorry” yet your loved one hangs in vein on their birthday!

I ordered Flowers, Balloon, Champagne & Cake under ONE ORDER Number & paid (15 Jan). Order confirmed & locked in by Netflorist for (19 Jan). 19 Jan: These Mamparas (Netflorist) deliver only flowers & Baloon (This is my Moms BIG number Birthday). No coms to me about any issues - they just keep it vibing. Only when I call them 15h30 they tell me stories… no further plan of action - just “oh sorry, we can refund”. I mean we pay Netflorist their ridiculous prices so that they can exactly perfectly the logistics part of our loved ones special day. They totally ruined my parents special day! and they do not offer any solution besides refund!!!
