Agents lie about orders

Disgusting services! So my partner ordered a birthday gift for me of red roses, a scarf and other goodies from their website. He kept calling customer services to find our where and how for the driver is. they kept telling him that he is on his way since 10am in the morning. At 16:00pm they tell him the driver tried calling me and my partner which is a lie! Today I receive a call from Netflorist saying actually we were out of stock, we did not have your roses and some of the items your partner ordered were also out of stock... I am so shocked its so disgusting.
