Against my better Judgement I gave you a second chance - More fool me!!

We're based in Johannesburg and have had an amazing business relationship with a wonderful lady in East London, specifically Mdantsane, - Stella... and now she is retiring...
So to celebrate this we thought we would surprise her and send her a wonderful arrangement of Flowers at work on her last day (30 June 2017) but your website informed us that the arrangement we favoured only delivers to JHB, DBN and CPT - others included PTA ...
We then began looking for an arrangement that delivered "NATIONWIDE", yet your site informed us that even the "NATIONWIDE" arrangement chosen could not be delivered to Stella in Mdantsane because there was no florist in the vicinity.... (what then is the point of a NATIONWIDE delivery option??)
So we amended our initial idea of flowers and chose a lovely personalised box of chocolates which, according to the prompts on your site, we were finally able to send to good ol' Stella...
This was done on the 27th and delivery was scheduled for the 30th... Plenty of time to sort it out OR let us know if everything with our order was less than OK...

So imagine my surprise when, on a whim, I check the tracking of the item on Monday 03 July 2017 and the status reads "OUT ON DELIVERY" - as in NOT YET DELIVERED 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE...

So I call in to your callcentre and speak to an agent who is TOTALLY surprised but then tries to tell me that because Mdantsane is not a Major Metro their courier will only deliver on certain days - I CALL BULL****!!!

I pay courier costs for the delivery so I don't give a damn what "day" they deliver - it better be the assigned day!

Not once did your website tell us about certain delivery days!!
Not once did Netflorist contact us to tell us our delivery would be delayed!!!

It seems like a moot point to me but surely if I have selected a specific delivery date there is REASON for that date... It really doesn't seem like a matter where a "meh" response is credible.

So as I said I called your call centre and Maxine was about as helpful as petrol is at fighting a fire - she thought that telling me that the manager would get back to me by end of business ( WHICH I TOLD HER WAS 3PM FOR ME) and dangling an incentive carrot of freebies would appease me... What am I - 5yrs old??? I don't want anythinhg free - I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND I WANT THE DAMN SERVICE I PAID THIS EXHORBITANT PRICE FOR!!!
But I gave poor Maxine the benefit of the doubt as I am sure this is standard practice for them - appease with the free stuff and I patiently waited for Mr Manager to give me a call...

Thank Goodness I didn't hold my breath coz then that freebie would probably be a wreath at my damn funeral!!

This is not the first time Netflorist has messed with my order but I figured maybe the last time was a bad day issue - now I realise that the annoying voice over dude on your adverts and automatd answer to your callcentre is there for a reason ... to prepare you for the complete incompetence you will have to face when dealing with Netflorist...
And please Netflorist - Don't tell me about making it up to me by calling Stella and organising to have it delivered to her home - WHAT THEN IS THE POINT OF A SURPRISE???

So to everyone who reads this - please do yourself (and your frustration/anxiety levels) a favour and rather just use the Post Office - You may have better luck with a government run institution - which is saying a so so much!
