After hours delivery

I placed my order on the 1st of February for delivery on the 14th. I made it clear that the delivery was at a school. When I followed up at 14:00 with the call center I was told they deliver to schools up to 15:00 and she could not trace the driver. The gift was eventually only delivered at 18:15. It was my first Valentines gift to my new partner and thanks to Netflorist, spoilt the whole special day!
