After hours delivery

The flowers were delivered at 16h30 at a school after I had requested delivery before 13h00. I do not know of schools that are still open at that time of the afternoon. The order was placed on Wednesday 22 May (online) before noon for delivery on Thursday 23 May before end of school day. I received an emeil stating time of delivery and I immediately responded to complain about the time. Automatic respons said that an agent will phone me within 9 working hours (?) but this morning I received a follow-up email to the effect that the matter was resolved successfully!
