Adverti*****t of the product is false and misleading

After sending two e-mails to *** no response at all.

Dear Netflorist Complaints Department

I am not happy with the purchase I made from Netflorist as per receipt attached.

1. I paid extra for item ***; this card never came with the gift nor the message I wrote for the card. All that arrived with the gift was a standard card – blank. 2. I suggest you change the wording on the product I purchased - https://www.netflorist.co.za/shop/flowers/red-roses-in-copper-pot/ - from roses in copper pot to roses in a small black plastic pot badly painted copper!

I think I the adverti*****t of the product is false and misleading and to pay R 700.00 for a few roses in a small plastic pot is tantamount to theft – the expectation was a copper pot.
