I ordered from them to make Mother's Day a special day for my wife, but what was delivered was definitely not representative of the photo on your website, and some flowers look like they are actually dead.

Only one tiny little succulent was hidden below a filler plant. Also, there was no "love you mom" sign.

I called the call center more than 5 times to get this issue resolved, but more than 2 hours since the first agent promised feedback within 1 hour, I am still just being brushed off with "we are looking into this." This is not acceptable.
