Advertised vs delivered flowers - big disappointment

Do not believe the quality and size of the flowers advertised on the Netflorist site. All 3 times that I ordered the bouquet was MUCH smaller than advertised. With the last order that was delivered, it was about the third if not even less than what was advertised. I sent them an email with the pictures of advertised vs delivery, but they don't even bother to answer. The only reason I'm giving them 2 instead of 1 star is that their delivery was in time for the occasion. Netflorist won't get more orders out of me. Rather go and choose your flowers yourself and make an effort to deliver them, if at all possible. Or have someone closer to them buy the flowers and deliver it in person. It's much more appreciated by the recipient.
