Administration needs a lot of work

I ordered a Personalised Pink Birthday Rietvallei Wine bottle on the 29/08/2022.The following day after all money was deducted from my bank account they said my order was cancelled. Then they told me it's a mistake it is still been produced,then they said it was delivered but was never deliver. I actually got my product is delivered email 3 times from Netflorist and in one email it stayted that my mother recieved her flowers and loves them ? I ordered wine not flowers? So any how after much fighting and deliberating with Netflorist on the 02/09/2022 my Personalised Pink Birthday Rietvallei Wine was finily delivered to my mother. Not a good experience with Netflorist at all.
