Actual bouquet not the same as advertised one

Very disappointed with the flowers received which I sent to my mother for Mother’s Day. The sad bouquet received had about 4 actual flowers in it, the rest just leaves and not even pretty leaves. The bouquet advertised was far fuller with penny gum and many more blooms and different filler flowers. The advertising is completely false. I will never order from Netflorist again!
