Absolutely USELESS!

Placed an order online 9 days before valentines day, fully paid, only for the flowers not to be delivered and completely ruining the occasion. Could not deliver myself as I live practically other side of the country. The tracking order given to me just doesn't register on their ****py website and couldn't call them because "number busy". When I finally got through to them I was kept on hold for 11 minutes before I gave up. This is their area of expertise and they know valentine's day is their busiest day, so why not make the necessary arrangements? Even placing the order 9 days early makes no difference they are just completely unreliable and out of their depth. DO NOT use these ************, they are overpriced, unreliable and totally ***********. Try literally ANYTHING else.
