Absolutely unreliable disgusting service!

Netflorist is the most unreliable service ever. This is the third time experiencing such disappointing service. It's my first birthday after my dad has passed and I trusted for them to make the delivery with ease. After the site processing the wrong order which required me to call and have that cancelled, I was then called again because the site did not filter through the pictures for the product. I get called to be confirmed that everything is fine and the delivery will go out tomorrow. Not even an hour later I receive an email that the cake I added to the initial product is out of stock and my account is credited with the amount. None the less,I was willing to pay the additional r80 fee ( second fee for the exact same address) however when I go to purchase the cake it is almost r100 more than if you add it one !!!!!!!!... absolutely disgusted at this and as usual the call centres close early. The First experience I had, the products were not delivered at all. Truly sickening especially when busy is hard and life is difficult!
